Terms of Service

1. The Service

MyBridge provides a cloud-based HRMS and payroll platform, including modules for employee management, attendance, leave, payroll, recruitment, performance, learning and related HR functions. Features may change as the product evolves.

2. Accounts

To use the platform you must register an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Access to a company workspace is administered by that company; roles (Admin, HR, Manager, Employee) determine what each user can do.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service unlawfully or to store or transmit unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to breach security, access data you are not authorised to, or disrupt the Service.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the Service except as permitted by law.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful basis of the data you enter, including employee data.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed as set out in your order or plan (for example, per user per month). Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. Free plans are provided as-is and may be subject to usage limits. Non-payment may result in suspension of access.

5. Customer data

You retain all rights to the data you and your users submit (“Customer Data”). You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process Customer Data to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by MyBridge and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; no other rights are granted.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep it accurate and available, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Statutory and compliance features are tools to assist you; you remain responsible for meeting your legal obligations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyBridge will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data. Our total liability arising out of the Service will not exceed the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law that provides otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
