Encryption

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Data at rest in our databases and backups is encrypted. Secrets and credentials are stored using strong hashing and are never logged in plain text.

Access control

• Role-based access — every user is an Admin, HR, Manager, Employee or Candidate, and can only see and do what their role allows.
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA) — available for administrator accounts to protect against credential theft.
• Least privilege — internal access to production systems is restricted to the staff who need it and is reviewed.

Tenant isolation

MyBridge is a multi-tenant platform with per-tenant data isolation. Each customer’s data is logically separated so that one organisation can never access another’s records.

Audit logging

Sensitive actions and changes to employee records are recorded in an audit log, giving a defensible, time-stamped history for compliance and dispute resolution.

Availability and backups

We host on reliable cloud infrastructure and take regular backups so that data can be restored in the event of a failure. We monitor the platform to detect and respond to issues.

Compliance posture

Our controls are designed to support Indian statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS) and to align with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in MyBridge, we want to hear from you. Please email sales@myvyay.com with details so we can investigate. We ask that you give us reasonable time to remediate before any public disclosure, and that testing does not access, modify or delete data that is not yours.
