Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 August 2026

MyBridge (“we”, “us”) is an HRMS and payroll platform operated from Pune, Maharashtra, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect through our website (mybridgehr.com) and our HRMS product, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It is written to align with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable Indian law.

1. Data we collect

  • Information you give us — when you fill our demo/contact form or sign up: your name, work email, phone, company name, company size and the message you send.
  • Account & product data — if your employer uses MyBridge, we process employee records, attendance, leave, payroll and related HR data on their behalf (see “Data we process for our customers” below).
  • Usage data — basic analytics about pages visited. Visitor IP addresses are hashed with a secret salt to count unique visitors; we do not store raw IPs for this purpose.
  • Cookies — we use only the cookies necessary to operate the site and, for signed-in admins, to keep a session.

2. How we use your data

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo or walkthrough.
  • To provide, maintain, secure and improve the MyBridge platform.
  • To send service and account communications you have asked for.
  • To meet legal, tax and statutory obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

3. Data we process for our customers

When an employer uses MyBridge to manage its workforce, that employer is the data controller (or “Data Fiduciary”) for its employees’ data and MyBridge acts as the processor (or “Data Processor”). We process such data only on the customer’s instructions and under our agreement with them. Employees with questions about their own records should contact their employer’s HR team.

4. How we share data

We share personal data only with: (a) sub-processors that help us run the service (for example hosting and email delivery), under contract and confidentiality; (b) authorities where required by law; and (c) a successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.

5. Data security

We protect data with encryption in transit, role-based access control, multi-factor authentication for administrators, per-tenant data isolation and audit logging. See our Security page for detail. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of HR data.

6. Data retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to follow up and for our legitimate business records. Customer product data is retained for the life of the customer’s subscription and deleted or returned per our agreement after termination, subject to any legal retention requirement.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on it. To exercise these rights for data we hold as controller, contact us using the details below. For data held by your employer, please contact them.

8. Children

Our website and product are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
